While cement based mortars are great for repairs and patching, epoxies offer higher mpa strengths and bond. Making them ideal for the construction industry. While concrete is economical and easy to form, it has its limitations. Concrete is prone to crack and breakdown from exposure to elements. A solution to the concrete flaws can be overcome with epoxies. For industrial use, epoxies and polyurethanes are the only proven solution to covering concrete, where oils, fuels, grease, chemicals, heavy traffic, chicken fat etc are involved.
